The nozzle device has a box module with several nozzles. The box nozzle is arranged in the interior of the chamber in the area of the chamber inlet. A box-inner chamber is fluidically connected with the cooling air supply line over an inlet opening and with the interior of the chamber over a cooling air supply opening, which is directly adjacently arranged to the nozzles of the nozzle device. The chamber supply opening surrounds its associated nozzle. The box module has two groups of nozzles, which differ in their emission direction in the chamber. A chamber outlet is connected with the chamber inlet over a circulation-liquid line for creating a closed cooling air circuit. A condenser is arranged in the circulation-liquid line. An independent claim is included for a nozzle device of a cooling apparatus.
