The device (1) acoustic output device (4) e.g. loud speaker system, and a control unit (2) for detecting, controlling and regulating of vehicle operational parameters (P.1- P.x) and/or vehicle state parameters. Another control unit (3) is coupled with the former control unit and the output device. The latter control unit produces a control signal (AS) for the output device based on the operational and state parameters. A steady synthetic noise is produced or introduced in vehicle inner space by the output device, where the control signal is formed from single signals.
