The device (1) has a braking amplifier (3) provided with a lower pressure chamber, a vacuum source (4) and a pneumatic circuit (5). The lower pressure chamber is connected to the source by the circuit. Pricking up units (24) are connected to another pneumatic circuit (6). One set of distinct fluid passages of the former circuit is communicated with the pricking up units, and another set of fluid passages is separated from the former fluid passages by walls. The walls concentrate the formation of ice on the level of the pricking up units to obdurate the former circuit.
