The engine has a valve (20) connected to a degassing casing and high and low temperature cooling circuits. A thermally dilatable unit i.e. rod (201), connects or selectively isolates the low temperature circuit with/from the high temperature circuit and the casing. A heating unit i.e. electric resistor/heating wire (203), heats the rod. An application of electric drive on the heating unit provokes connection of the low temperature circuit with the high temperature circuit and the casing. The high and low temperature circuits are respectively provided with radiators.
