The element has a concrete reinforcement steel bar (22) provided with ends (26, 27) i.e. bulb shaped ends, where dimensions of the element are greater than standard diameter (d) of the concrete reinforcement steel bar in a transversal section to increase anchoring power of the element in concrete. The concrete reinforcement steel bar is folded to form two branches (23, 24) in order to constitute a pin (21) for closing a transverse reinforcement of a concrete structure, where each branch is rectilinear.
