The Ball Bar Chairs is produced from various grades of polyethylene or polypropylene using an extrusion blow moulding process. The Ball Bar Chairs are hollow components of a spherical shape with vertical reinforcement grooves. The top of the support and both top and bottom of the spacers have horizontal cylindrical grooves to locate and support the reinforcement bar. The wall thickness of the Ball Bar Chair Support and Spacer can vary between 0.5mm and 5 mm in order to allow for suitable load.
