The instrument (1) has an element (2) formed by two perpendicular branches (5, 6) that are rigidly connected to each other, where one perpendicular branch is provided with two holes (10) according to direction parallel to another branch (6). An axis of one hole is located at a distance between 50 and 60 mm from a surface (12). Another element (3) is provided with a rod (15), where the rod is supported at a level of a top insertion point for insertion of a clavicular ligament bundle (F) of a pectoralis major muscle on humerus when the rod is inserted into the latter hole.
