The arrangement includes a safety ring (1) with a locking ring (2) provided in a lower plate of a wire connection piece. The safety ring has a stepped continuous hole, so that the locking ring fits into the smaller hole of the continuous hole. A collar (31) of a wire (4) is inserted into the larger hole of the continuous hole. The locking ring has an insertion hole (21) with two steps. A wire can be inserted from below into the locking ring and an end of the plug (41) of the wire is positioned in the lower hole of the locking ring. A lamp rod (24), through which the wire is guided, is welded into the upper hole of the locking ring.
