The tool has a LEGO plate(RTM: Blue building plate) utilized as a base support of a battery box to supply power to electronic circuits for realization of electronic circuits. Connection cables arranged between electronic components of electronic component supports of an integrated circuit act as cables junctions. The blue building plate is made of plastic. The electronic component supports of the integrated circuit are utilized to layout the electronic components on the building plate and provide a connection place among the cables and electronic components.
