The differential (1) has a case (2) containing a satellite (8) carried by a satellite carrying crown (6). The satellite is meshed with two planet gears (12, 14) driving driveshafts (62, 64) via oblique ramps (128, 148). Blocking units are in a form of disks placed between each planet gear and the satellite carrying crown. Locking units are arranged on the satellite carrying crown. The satellite is assembled on a fixed axle with respect to the satellite carrying crown. The satellite carrying crown is connected to a lid (21) of the case by a right ramp gear (61).
