PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil module having a structure capable of reducing a loop current and suppressing increase of a thickness of the coil module, a power reception device for a non-contact type power supply device having the same, and a non-contact type supply device having the same.SOLUTION: A first planar coil part 50 formed by clockwise wounding double-row conductive wires 43 and a second planar coil part 60 formed by counterclockwise wounding double-row conductive wires 43 are stacked in a secondary side coil module 40. A folded-back part 46 is provided in a continuous part 45 formed by a first inner peripheral edge 52 of the first planar coil part 50 and a second inner peripheral edge 62 of the second planar coil part 60. A thickness of the folded-back part 46 is equal to that of the secondary side coil module 40.
