PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacement/inspection operation planning support program for equipment and facilities that performs replacement and inspection operations for equipment and facilities for maintenance and monitoring of electricity, gas, and water supply facilities, elevator facilities, door delivery boxes, hot water supply facilities, water purification facilities, etc., (1) without any human mistake, (2) without overlooking legally determined periods, and (3) efficiently and securely.;SOLUTION: When a replacement and inspection operation plan for equipment and facilities is created, replacement periods and inspection periods of equipment and facilities are segregated by the months, customer information, equipment/facility information, and person-in-charge information stored in a computer are combined according to a certain standard, and essential operations which should be performed in the current month without fail and advance operations which are carried out to improve operation efficiency are discriminated so as to automatically extract daily operations which are free of an omission, small in loss due to advance work, and good in operation efficiency, thereby creating a daily operation plan table in which when and where who performs what operation are clearly described.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
