PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor easy in an inserting/removing operation, an inserting/removing system thereof, and an inserting/removing method thereof.SOLUTION: The inserting/removing system 1 for a compressor 31 comprises a substantially-columnar bundle 32 stored so as to be insertable into or removable from the inner circumference of substantially-cylindrical compressor casing 33. It also comprises a plate-like member 2 provided at the axial direction end 32a of the substantially-columnar bundle 32 at the opposite side of the insertion direction so as to project in the radial direction outside the substantially-columnar bundle 32, and a screw rod member 3 for inserting and removing the substantially-columnar bundle 32 connected with the plate-like member 2 by being screwed into a screw hole 2a formed at the plate-like member 2 to/from the substantially-cylindrical compressor casing 33.
