PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garlic processed product decreased in unpleasant odor and coarse taste peculiar to garlic, and easy to ingest.;SOLUTION: The garlic component-containing drink contains (A) garlic component, and (B) not less than 0.1 mass% and not more than 5.0 mass% of citruline. A method for adjusting flavor by contained garlic extract includes adding citruline to a garlic component-containing drink containing garlic component so as to provide the garlic component-containing drink decreased in unpleasant odor and coarse taste peculiar to garlic and derived from garlic component, and easy to ingest.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
