PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent temperature rise of an electronic component.SOLUTION: The air flow controller determines whether or not a predetermined cooling capacity of an electronic apparatus is exhibited. If a determination is made that a predetermined cooling capacity of an electronic apparatus is not exhibited, the number of revolutions of a fan for cooling the electronic apparatus is reduced. For example, when the air flow controller compares the temperature of a heating element in the electronic device before and after changing the number of revolutions of a fan and if the temperature of the heating element rises when the number of revolutions of the fan is increased, or if the temperature of the heating element lowers when the number of revolutions of the fan is decreased, a determination is made that the predetermined cooling capacity of the electronic apparatus is not exhibited.
