PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a driver to safely and pleasantly drive.;SOLUTION: A safe and pleasant drive support system includes a navigation device 21 that a vehicle 2 is equipped with, and a safe and pleasant drive support center 1. The navigation device 21 gathers drive behavior information associated with driving or behavior of the vehicle 2 from the vehicle 2, and transmits the gathered driving/behavior information to the safe and pleasant drive support center 1. The safe and pleasant drive support center 1 receives the driving/behavior information by a reception part 11, and a comparison part 12 compares the driving/behavior information with driving/behavior information on a model driver stored in a safe and pleasant drive DB 16. A scoring part 13 evaluates driving based upon a comparison result, and an indication part 14 generates indication contents associated with the driving. The driving/behavior information received by the reception part 11, an evaluation of the scoring part 13, and the indication contents generated by the indication part 14 are stored as evaluation information in a driving/behavior DB 17.
