PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage medium with which the recording with high density and the accurate reading of control information can be achieved and to provide a replay method, a replay device, a recording method and a recording device in which the medium is used.;SOLUTION: An information storage medium includes a burst cutting area, a system read in area, a data read in area, and a data area. The system read in area is provided on the outside of the burst cutting area. The data read in area is provided on the outside of the system read in area.
