PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel-rising travel preventing apparatus for a dump truck that reliably prevents a so-called making-sail accident.;SOLUTION: The vessel-rising travel preventing apparatus stops the travel of the dump truck while a vessel rises. The apparatus includes: vessel-rising detection sensors 21 and 210 for detecting that the vessel 12 has risen; neutral switches 23 and 230 for detecting that a transmission is shifted in other than neutral: and an engine stop device which forcedly stops an engine by receiving signals of the vessel-rising detection sensors and neutral switches when the transmission is shifted in other than neutral during the vessel rising.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
