PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food and drink preparations inhibiting absorption of fat derived from meals and suppress elevation of a neutral fat in blood.SOLUTION: Addition of a polymer polyphenol fraction separated from an oolong tea to food and drink preparations as an effective component inhibiting a lipase activity. The food and drink preparations can suppress elevation of a neutral fat in blood and prevent obesity by the action of the lipase inhibitory activity of the polymer polyphenol fraction by daily uptake as they are safe without losing their original flavor.
