PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute an effective countermeasure with a small processing amount by accurately estimating a cause of a failure.;SOLUTION: Radio equipment executes a countermeasure by identifying the cause of a radio link failure with another radio station. The radio equipment includes: a statistic information acquisition unit for acquiring characteristic values of statistic information representing a state of the radio link; a failure cause detection unit for detecting a plurality of failure causes related in advance to the statistic information, in a prescribed order based on the characteristic values; and a countermeasure execution unit for executing the countermeasure related in advance to the each failure cause detected in the failure cause detection unit. The plurality of failure causes include the existence of shadowing and the existence of radio wave noise, and the detection in the prescribed order signifies the detection of the existence of the shadowing, followed by the detection of the existence of the radio wave noise.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
