PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easier to solve a problem even if a connection failure is caused by reasons other than a radio wave environment.;SOLUTION: A failure cause estimation system comprises: a first characteristic extraction unit for extracting, as a first characteristic, a characteristic in a first protocol in which a characteristic related to connection to a network can be obtained from a packet wirelessly communicated by an electronic apparatus; a second characteristic extraction unit 30 for extracting, as a second characteristic, a characteristic in a second protocol different from the first protocol from a packet communicated via a wireless LAN by the electronic apparatus; and an estimation unit 37 for estimating the cause of a network connection failure of the electronic apparatus on the basis of the first characteristic and the second characteristic.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
