PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sand particle-supported fiber-reinforced resin article which is blended into an object in a moderate dispersion state to enhance functions, and to provide a manufacturing method of the sand particle-supported fiber-reinforced resin article and a fiber-reinforced material.;SOLUTION: In a fiber-reinforced concrete having a sand particle-supported fiber-reinforced resin article 1 in a moderate dispersion state, a sand particle 3, which is supported by the sand particle-supported fiber-reinforced resin article 1 blended into cement concrete, and the cement concrete are strongly bonded to each other.
