PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral administration medicine (in particular, a film-shaped oral administration medicine) having improved easiness and safety in taking the agent.SOLUTION: The oral administration medicine 1d has a plurality of drug-containing layers 11 containing the medicine(s) to be administered and water-swellable gel-forming layers 12 not containing the medicine(s) and containing a water-swellable gel-forming agent(s). In the oral administration medicine 1d, the medicine-containing layers 11 are thermally fused each other via an intermediate layer 13 containing a thermally fusible adhesive, and the water-swellable gel-forming layers 12 are provided on the outermost layers of the oral administration medicine 1d.
