PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control charge/discharge of an electric automobile so as to suppress a household electricity charge as much as possible by considering power supplied from a power supply source other than system power supply.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge controller includes: a data acquisition part 21 for acquiring the power storage amount of a battery 34 of an electric automobile 3, destination related information related to a destination, and the departure time; a charge/discharge amount calculation part 22 for determining the next estimated power consumption of the electric automobile 3 on the basis of the destination related information and the departure time, and determining a target charging amount on the basis of the power storage amount of the battery 34 and the estimated power consumption; a charge/discharge plan preparation part 23 for determining the charging period of each power supply source so as to charge the target charging amount by the next departure time of the electric automobile 3 and so as to charge preferentially from the power supply source which supplies the power of a low power unit price among the power supply sources; and a charge/discharge control part 25 for executing control to charge the target charging amount to the battery 34 from the respective power supply sources according to the charging period of the respective power supply sources.
