PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly achieve the generation management of personnel transfer or structure reorganization or the like whose content is established before the period, that is, to manage which data are valid (in which period), and to perform this management even to the past data especially in internal control audit or the like while this point is not considered at all in a conventional technology.;SOLUTION: Treated information is classified into "reservation information such as structure change information to be formed in the future (future information which has not become valid yet)" and "current information such as current structure information (valid information currently used for a Western engine)" and "past information such as structure information formed in the past (past information which has become invalid with its term of validity already ended)", and the information is shifted from each classification to the other classification according to information such as the term of validity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
