To provide a task management system, task management server, task management method, and task management program that can encourage active task proposals by workers.SOLUTION: A task management system includes: a user information storage unit 113 for storing personnel evaluation information on a user and a user ID while associating them; a business information storage unit 114 for associating task contents, a user ID of a user who has posted a task, and a user ID of a user who should execute a task, and storing them as task information; and a control unit 112 for comparing the user ID who has posted the task with the user ID who executes the task. The control unit 112 grants a first point which is a value different depending between the case where the user ID who has posted the task with the user ID who executes the task are the same and the case where the user ID who has posted the task is different from the user ID who executes the task, to personnel evaluation information to be associated with the user ID who executes the task.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
