The pattern making step includes: a step of drawing patterns on a cooking sheet using pattern dough for each non-overlapping pattern element; and a pattern baking step of baking the surface of the pattern element in a cooking oven for at least one minute and drying the surface of the pattern dough. The pattern dough is made by blending cake flour and food dyes with yolk dough at prescribed ratios. Further, it is preferable that a pattern baking period is added according to the dried state, and that a pattern 11 is drawn with food dyes.
