STABILIZED VIABLE BACTERIAL PREPARATION, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viable bacterial preparation and a method for producing the viable bacterial preparation excelling in storage stability of viable bacteria.;SOLUTION: The bacteria are washed with distilled water and dispersed in the distilled water, and then 2 mL of an aqueous solution with sucrose comprising trehalose, sodium glutamate, histidine and apple is added to prepare a cell dispersion. After freeze-drying the cell dispersion, the internal temperature of a freeze-dryer is raised to 40°C for ageing for 24 hours to obtain the viable bacterial preparation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
