PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply manufacturing a high surface hardness film excellent in scratch resistance or abrasion resistance, hard to adhere a fingerprint, capable of easily wiping off the adhered fingerprint and suitable for protecting a touch panel, various displays or the like.SOLUTION: A first method for manufacturing the high surface hardness film includes a step for kneading a binder material with diamond fine particles having silicon and/or diamond fine particles having fluorine and a step for subjecting the obtained kneaded matter to extrusion molding to form a film. A second method for manufacturing the high surface hardness one includes a step for kneading the binder material with the diamond fine particles having silicon and/or the diamond fine particles having fluorine and a step for laminating a material, which forms a base material, and the obtained kneaded matter by co-extrusion molding.
