PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daily living area setting apparatus capable of automatically setting a daily living area of a user.;SOLUTION: A daily living area setting system includes: storage means for correspondingly storing in a predetermined database a positioning point and positioning time in positioning a current location of a mobile terminal transmitted from the mobile terminal; fundamental data generating means for generating fundamental data in which the positioning point and the positioning time are made corresponding to a mesh area to which the positioning point belongs; mesh data generating means for calculating, based on the fundamental data, the number of times of positioning at the positioning point within a predetermined period in each mesh area and/or a residence time of a user of the mobile terminal, and generating mesh data in which each of the mesh area is made corresponding to the calculated number of times of positioning and/or residence time; and daily living area setting means for setting, as a daily living area of the user, a mesh area in which the number of times of positioning and/or the residence time contained in the mesh data is a predetermined threshold or more.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
