PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent near-field light assist magnetic recording or near-field light recording from being performed simultaneously at two adjacent places to an information recording medium.;SOLUTION: A first thin film 102 and a second thin film 103 are formed oppositely in the in-plane direction of a substrate across a gap part, and a real part coefficient of permittivity in the side 105 of the vicinity of at least an out-going terminal plane of the first thin film 102 is different from a real part coefficient of permittivity in the side 106 of the vicinity of at least an out-going terminal plane of the second thin film 103.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
