PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator maintenance system which provides information necessary to recommend appropriate control parameters and option devices of an elevator according to utilization and maintenance conditions of a building and the elevator and also to decide the addition and change of the recommended control parameters and option devices.;SOLUTION: The elevator maintenance system includes: a setting evaluation device 9 that evaluates the propriety of the settings of the elevator of a maintenance object based on the incident information and elevator attribute information acquired from an incident history memory device 8; a setting recommendation device 10 that calculates recommended settings of elevator setting information included in the elevator attribute information based on the incident information and the elevator attribute information; and a performance evaluation device 11 that gives the performance evaluation of the elevator of the maintenance object based on the elevator setting information recommended and set by the setting recommendation device 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
