PSOLUTION: A car navigation system 1 transmits music information of a reproduced music with position information added thereto to an information control center 3. The information control center 3 controls music information and position information transmitted from the car navigation system 1, and distributes music reproduction information of the music reproduced in the specified area to the car navigation system 1 based on the controlled music information and positional information. Thus, a user can obtain music reproduction information of the music listened in a vicinity of a place of the user. Further, the music reproduced in the specified area is totaled, the ranking is generated and distributed to the car navigation system 1. Thus, the user can easily retrieve his desired music.
