PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music playback device, a music playback system, a music playback method and a music playback program by which a plurality of users positioned in the same space can play back their common favorite music piece, without performing troublesome operation. PSOLUTION: The music playback device comprises: a music data storage section 102 in which music data are stored; a music playback section 104 for playing back the music piece based on the stored music data; a music piece information storage section 103 in which stored music piece information for expressing attributes of the music piece, which is expressed by the stored music data, is stored; a playback music piece information transmitting section 105 for transmitting playback music piece information for expressing attributes of the music piece which is played back; a playback history receiving section 107 for receiving playback history information from a playback history collection device 11; a play list creation section 108 for creating a play list which is composed of the music pieces of the same attributes, by comparing the stored music piece information with the playback history information; and a control section 101 for controlling operation of the whole device.
