PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample introducing holder having a sample table and a lid for covering the same which is capable of, when carrying out analysis, removing the lid to release the sample without necessity of operation from the outside of the analyzer.;SOLUTION: The sample introducing holder comprises a sample table for holding a sample for analysis and a lid for covering the sample table. The sample table and the lid form a space for containing a sample and gases. The sample table and the lid are fit with each other so that, when the pressure difference between the inside of the space and the outside of the lid is smaller than a predetermined value, an atmosphere shielding state is maintained between the inside of the space and the outside of the lid; and the contacting force between the sample table and the lid in the fitted state is set to a magnitude such that, when the pressure difference exceeds the predetermined value, the lid is removed from the sample table due to the pressure difference.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
