PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrilling new puzzle game demanding the momentary judgement of a player without changing operability or rules. PSOLUTION: The game device includes: block supply means for displaying two or more kinds of blocks 3 in a block display area 4 displayed at a display device 1; elapsed time monitoring means for measuring elapsed time within the limit time; block replenishing period display means for displaying a plurality of block replenishing periods set within the limit time in a game field 2; replenishing period monitoring means for replenishing an additional block group when the block replenishing period comes; block movement control means for lowering the replenished additional block group so as to fill a space 6 inside the block display area; block elimination means for eliminating the prescribed number of successive blocks 3 of the same kind on the basis of the kind code and coordinate data of the respective blocks 3; and game ending condition monitoring means for ending a game when the total number of the blocks exceeds a limit value.
