PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide insulated electric wire having a high partial discharge start voltage and a high dielectric breakdown voltage and an excellent abrasion resistance, an electrical device using the insulated electric wire and having a good life property, and a method of manufacturing the insulated electric wire.;SOLUTION: Insulated electric wire includes a conductor having its outer periphery covered with an insulative coating film.
