CORRUGATED BOARD PACKING BOX FOR HEAVY ARTICLES, AND ITS CRANE HANDLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely perform crane handling without applying hanging load to a weak corrugated board packing box, even when a heavy electric appliance product is hung and conveyed by a crane in an article packed state in a packing box.;SOLUTION: In the corrugated board packing box 1 for packing the electric appliance 4 with a hanging bolt 4a, which is covered with a top flap 1a, with a skid 1b provided at a bottom part, and in which an upper spacer 3 is inserted between the electric appliance 4 and the top flap 1a, notch sections 3c for hanging bolt clearance are formed at four corners of the upper spacer 3, being positioned to the hanging bolt 4a of the electric appliance 4, and a window flap 1c is cut and formed in the top flap 1a to be opened/closed. When it is hung and conveyed by the crane, the window flap 1c is opened, and a hanging wire of the crane is directly inserted into the hanging bolt 4a of the electric appliance 4 through the notch section 3c of the upper spacer 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
