PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitution of capable of distributing an item of personal information, out of items announced by command information, to only a person concerned in a corresponding case, and capable of executing selectively and automatically distribution of skipping a personal information portion, to a person other than the person concerned in the corresponding case. PSOLUTION: This emergency attendance command system includes a command means 1 for receiving an emergency announcement and for transmitting a command by a radio wave, and a radio device installed in an emergency vehicle, an office or the like, and allowing individual calling-out by a selective calling group number transmitted from the command means, a voice synthetic means 2d skips a vocalization of the item of the personal information, based on a personal information flag, when the command means 1 voice-synthesizes and transmits a case data to all the radio devices, and a command control means 4 transmits it simultaneously. The command control means 4 assigns the specified selective calling group number to be transmitted, when the command means 1 voice-synthesizes and transmits the case data to the radio device of the emergency vehicle, the office or the like related to the same case, and the voice synthetic means 2d vocalizes therein the items of all the case data.
