PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for inspecting coating, for detecting that final coating is not performed when three coating processes of under coating, intermediate coating, and the final coating have to be performed to a base of a wall, a roof or the like.;SOLUTION: When a coating inspection agent receives a retrieval request from the owner of a house or a construction company having obtained a report of having finished the intermediate coating, the coating inspection agent applies fluorescent paint to a target coating face on which the intermediate coating is finished. When receiving a report of the effect that the final coating is finished from a painter after a few days, the coating inspection agent illuminates the target coating face with light of a light in the night, for example, decides whether or not a character drawn by the fluorescent paint is detected or seen, and reports that injustice is performed (the final coating is not performed) when the character is seen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
