PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Japanese paper which embedded with tape pieces comprising IC tags with IC chips and antennas between base paper and cover paper in fixed positions at uniform intervals.SOLUTION: Japanese paper 200 which embedded with IC tags comprises base paper 210, IC tape pieces 1 stuck on fixed positions 212 that held uniform intervals each in longitudinal and transverse directions of the base paper 210, and cover paper 220 laminated on the base paper 210 to cover the IC tape pieces 1. Alternatively, the Japanese paper 200 comprises base paper 210 which is formed with concave grooves 214 on fixed positions that held uniform intervals each in longitudinal and transverse directions, IC tape pieces 1 stuck on the concave grooves 214, and cover paper 220 laminated on the base paper 210 to cover the IC tape pieces 1.
