CS and PS registration coordination method in a multi-operator core network

The technology which makes the register message of the terminal (UE) to circuit switching (CS) domain and packed switching (PS) domain cooperate of the multiple operator core network (MOCN) which possesses plural core networks (CN) is stated. According to the approach of method, it confronts a certain terminal (UE), cooperation CS and the notification message which shows the necessity of the PS register are received, from 1st core network (CN). Next, the 2nd core network which takes charge of CS and the PS register on the basis of the international and constant identifier (IMSI) regarding the terminal (UE), is decided. And, register message for cooperation CS and the PS register, is transmitted to the 2nd core network (CN) which is decided on the basis of the international and constant identifier (IMSI).
