PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acquisition system for a land property value, an acquisition method for the land property value and a computer program, capable of acquiring the land property value after pollution is discovered. PSOLUTION: About a land wherein the pollution is discovered, when the land property value just before land investigation, a situation of the discovered pollution, and an investigation date performed with the land investigation are input, this land property value acquisition system extracts a past case having a similar pollution situation, and acquires purification cost required until pollution substance has a reference concentration or less based on similarity and the purification cost required in the case.
