PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation method of data of change factor information and a signal processor, capable of practical signal restoration. PSOLUTION: As for the generation method of change factor information, in the generation method of the data of the change factor information for generating the data of the change factor information to be the factor of the signal change of source signal data wherein change, such as degradation has occurred, the data of optional change factor information are set as the data of the first change factor information; the generation processing of generating the data of new change factor information different from the data of the first change factor information is performed; and reduced data for which reduction processing of reducing source signals is performed are used as data for which the data of the source signals are worked in the generation processing.
