Provided are a method of creating data relating to change factor information and a signal processor which allow practical signal restoration even when the data relating to the change factor information is unknown. The method of creating the data relating to change factor information sets data relating to an optional change factor information to be data relating to first change factor information, (1) by use of the data, creates data for comparison from optional signal data, (2) compares data relating to an original signal or data obtained by processing the data relating to the original signal with the data for comparison, (3), distributes the data relating to the obtained difference to the optional signal data by use of the data relating to the first change factor information to create first restoration data, (4) repeats similar processing by use of the first restoration data instead of the optional signal data according to necessity, (5) and from the resultant restoration data and data relating to the original signal or the data obtained by processing the data relating to the original signal, creates data relating to novel change factor information different from the data relating to the first change factor information.
