PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial vehicle battery pack repairing method which can prevent electrode deformation and breakage due to vibration, etc. during industrial vehicle drive and further permits a bad cell among plural battery cells of a battery pack to be removed easily and replaced with a good battery cell to repair the battery pack, thereby making it possible to utilize resources effectively.SOLUTION: The repair method of an industrial vehicle battery pack according to the prevent invention comprises a removal process of removing a bad cell from a battery pack, a mounting process of mounting a good battery cell in a vacant compartment from which the bad cell was removed, and a connection process of connecting an electrode of the mounted battery cell to an electrode of a battery cell adjacent thereto via an electrode connecting fixture. The electrode connecting fixture includes a flexible wire and a pair of fitting members at both ends, and the connection process comprises an external fitting step of externally fitting the fitting members to the electrodes and a fastening step of removably fastening the externally fitted fitting members to the electrodes.
