PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide railroad girder movement and installation equipment which enables a new railroad girder to be installed by removing an existing track in a short construction period without cutting an overhead wire, and also to provide a railroad girder movement and installation method, and a railroad girder removal method.;SOLUTION: A travel device 13, to which a chain block 15 is fixed, is attached to an expansion launching girder 3 which makes an inside frame 7 protrude from/recede into an outside frame 5 with a temporary retainer leg 17. A front truck 9 is provided in the inside frame 7, and a rear truck 11 is provided in the outside frame 5. The launching girder 3 in a contracted state is arranged on this side of a girder installation planned position 27 while making the railroad girder 23 suspended by the chain block 15; and the temporary retainer leg 17 is extended. The launching girder 3 is then extended, and arranged above the girder installation planned position 27, so that the temporary retainer leg 17 is housed. After that, the railroad girder 23 suspended by the chain block 15 is moved along the launching girder 3 by the travel device 13, and arranged above the girder installation planned position 27.
