The method involves forming 2 different schema branching code tables per node, the first table with only complex elements and a path end code, whose data structure allows branching to child nodes, the second with complex elements, attributes and simple tree structure leaf elements. A complete path is formed by chaining nodes from the first table up to the last node, which is taken from the second table. The penultimate node has a path end code.
