PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for short term raising and method for raising of plant seedlings, capable of ascertaining anytime in a plant seedling raising process of growing long length roots in a short term in a raising material in a tube body, the condition of the raising material in the tube body, and the end position of growing roots of plant seedlings; to provide a plant seedling set for fix planting; and to provide a seedling planting method.;SOLUTION: This method for short term raising includes using the tool for short term raising which is composed of a tube main body in which a part of the aspect of a tube body is cut off in the longitudinal direction, a transparent covering material closing the cut opening part of the tube main body, and a raising material for the plant seedlings, filled in the tube main body whose opening part is closed with the transparent covering material. The raising material filled in the tube main body is adjusted in hardness enabling increase of a growth speed to a lower side of the roots of the plant seedlings to be fixed to the upper opening inside of the tube main body. The growing condition of the roots is ascertained by setting a partition wall in the tube main body and observing that the roots of the plant seedlings climb over the partition wall through the transparent covering material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
