PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optimum browsing environment according to content of an electronic document when browsing the electronic document prepared by a personal computer or the like in a mobile device such as a cellphone.;SOLUTION: When a character ratio is ≥90% in a word processor file, for example, it is decided that importance of an area except characters is not high, and text data are generated for browsing. When the character ratio is 50-90%, it is decided that the characters can be read even in a normal-resolution image when an average font size is ≥11, and data on an image of 50 dpi are generated for browsing. When the average font size is 11, it is decided that the characters cannot be read unless an image has high definition, and data on the high-definition image of 180 dpi are generated for browsing.
